Have you had any significant weightlifting injuries and setbacks?
As a professional competing parkour athlete, regular weightlifting always left me too sore in the wrong ways. The biggest setback was straining my back doing heavy deadlifts before a competition. With X3, I can lift as heavy as possible and jump right into parkour training afterward. No soreness and I perform better. X3 is the perfect supplement to my training.
What results have you experienced since starting with X3?
Started at about 190 pounds in March, today I weighed in at 173. Being light but strong is exactly what I need to be in parkour and x3 has helped me skyrocket my results and training.
