What’s your return and guarantee policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund. For full details, see our return policy

How do I change my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, reach out to our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but we ship orders very quickly. Once your tracking has been generated, it may be too late for us to stop it from shipping, as it is likely already shipped out.

How do I return my order?

Please contact our customer service team to acquire an RMA and initiate your return.

Please note that your items must be postmarked back to us within 30 days from the date you originally received them in order to qualify for a full refund."

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscriptions by logging into our store. Once you log in, click “Manage subscription.” There you will be able to make any changes you would like. If you still need help feel free to reach out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From the Manage Subscriptions page, at the bottom of the page, you will see a “Cancel Subscriptions” link. Clicking on that will bring up a drop-down that will allow you to cancel your subscription.

Where’s my order?

In order to ship items your items as fast as possible, it’s common for items to ship and arrive separately.

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder in case it ends up there. If you still have trouble finding your tracking information, reach out to our customer service team and we will assist you with your order.

You can also log into our store. In your account, you’ll be able to see and review all of your orders and any information about them. If you don’t have an account, no worries! Reach out to our customer service and we will help you get one set up!

What is the product warranty?

Jaquish Biomedical Corporation (“Jaquish Biomedical”) warranty is intended for the original purchaser. We warrant that all authentic Jaquish Biomedical X3 exercise equipment and carrying cases shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under everyday use. Following are the details:

  • X3 Resistance Bands, including bands bundled with the X3 product as well as bands that are sold separately, such as the Elite Band are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
  • X3 Bar and Ground Plate has a warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for five years from the date of purchase.
  • X3 Carrying Case has a warranty against defects of workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase.
  • The manufacturer of the GHAccelerator, VibePlate, offers a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that the GHAccelerator will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service with the following exclusions and limitations detailed within the Limited Product Warranty.

If a defect does occur in these products or their components within the warranty period, the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is for Jaquish Biomedical, at Jaquish Biomedical’s discretion, to either replace or repair the defective or malfunctioning equipment or component.
