If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. How do I change my order?#
If you want to change or cancel your order, reach out to our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but we ship orders very quickly. Once your tracking has been generated, it may be too late for us to stop it from shipping, as it is likely already shipped out.

How do I manage my subscription?#
You can manage your subscriptions by logging into our store. Once you login, click “Manage subscription.” There you will be able make any changes you would like. If you still need help feel free to reach out.
Where’s my order?#
In order to ship items your items as fast as possible it’s common for items to ship and arrive separately.
Once we ship your order, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder in case it ends up there. If you still have trouble finding your tracking information, reach out to our customer service team and we will assist you with your order.
