What results have you experienced since starting with X3?
After the first twelve weeks, I was amazed to discover that despite having a very low starting body fat percentage (in the neighborhood of 16 percent) my scale weight dropped about seven pounds, and according to the measurements I was taking, I continued to grow in size. I weighed more twelve weeks ago but look bigger now, If that was not body recomposition I don’t know what it was.

Remember, consistency pays off. Especially if you are a hard gainer. The ability to safely lift every day without taking weeks off due to injury really makes a difference.
