I'm kind of particular about when I eat in relation to exercise and other daily activities (fasting and eating windows, hydration, etc) and this allows me to efficiently supplement my protein goals between meals and pre-/post-workout when I don't have much of an appetite or desire for a larger meal.
It tastes great and I like that, at least in theory, a little goes a much longer way than most other protein powders/supplements. Chocolate raspberry is my favorite. Well done.
