Naturally,...read moreI have been using IN-Perium for 4 years now. It has helped me stay energized and alert during not only my X-3 workouts (6am), but also through about 11:30am each day. Naturally, after this my body tends to drop in energy levels between 12pm-2pm, but it's not a hard crash. I usually don't even need to take a full serving. I will take about half and then within 5 minutes I am fully alert. I don't experience the same affect with coffee or toxic energy drinks. Just be sure to brush your teeth and practice good **** hygiene after each use, because the dissolved powder is still slightly acidic.
