The X3 Premium Ground Plate is a work of art, featuring a 3/8" thick solid aluminum upper surface, precision CNC cut and anodized to provide an elegant, upscale presence wherever you use your X3.  But it's not just for show, the X3 Premium Ground Plate also has a maximum design load of over 1,000lbs.  

• Protects your ankles while supporting high intensity exercise loads
• Deep band channel (over 1") to accommodate even the largest bands
• 10 inches X 19 inches X 1.5 inches

The X3 Premium Ground Plate is fully compatible with the GHAccelerator, though due to it's weight may automatically depress the GHA pressure switch even if no one is standing on it.
