The X3 Performance White Band is the lightest band in the standard X3 Performance set — the appropriate starting point for most exercises when beginning with X3 Performance Bands, and the go-to for lighter movements like overhead press and bicep curls at any experience level.

ParaForce Rubber® delivers a steeper force curve than standard latex. Resistance increases faster as you push through the movement, generating higher peak output and more muscle stimulus per rep than the standard X3 White Band at equivalent stretch levels.
