I've never seen any bands like these ever before. On top of that the delivery from the date I ordered from the US into Canada was literally a couple days. I am very satisfied with everything!!!
Super well made; immediate relief when doing chest presses, shoulder presses, even squats. Lord gave me a wider frame for whatever reason, and this helps a lot.

They are also much more durable than standard bands when it comes to surface abrasion. I highly recommend getting the ultra light band as well so you have more options for progressions. Very few people will ever need the orange heavy band but most people, even experienced lifters, will find the orange light band.

I ordered the X3 and had it sent to my office. Instead of working my entire lunch hour, I now get in a great work out! I'm only only starting week 5-6, holiday weekend and vacation messed up my schedule, but I'm already seeing results and feeling much stronger! 3 years ago I started the process to lose 30lbs and I've kept it off +/- 5 lbs that comes and goes. I'm 56 so it's way easy to gain weight than lose it. The X3 is now allowing me to build muscle on top of that weight loss. I'm not so much concerned about my overall weight but more about keeping body fat percentage down. Being a part time ski instructor also, I do stay in decent shape, especially during the winter months, but I think the X3 is going to push me to a much higher level!

I just received the Gen 2 bands and put them through a Push and Pull day. Wow, what an incredible difference! Like other reviews have said, I am amazed that I set numerous personal bests, while getting a much better pump intensity wise. The resistance curve is terrific. My arms feel like little bees are buzzing around inside them. These bands were totally worth the cost and I highly recommend them to all.
I have these for about a month now. The strength curve is impressing and challenging, and they seem more durable than previous versions. Awesome progress! Definitely recommend.

With the long bar, I’m able to get my hands outside the knees, whereas with the regular bar, my hands would be touching my knees while pulling up. I also like the long bar for the chest press. For the tricep extension, I still have to use the regular bar, though. Otherwise the band slides down my back.
I recently purchased the grey band and it’s still outstanding quality. Anything you need, write to customer service and they have your back. These products changed my life!

Money well spent. It’s be best workout program I have tried and the best equipment.
This is a great supplement to use to get better results and leaner when you don’t always stay on a strict regime and consume carbs. I would highly recommend this product.

I was humbled, I must admit when using them. I really noticed the extra resistance at the top of the movements, the stronger range. Overall, I recommend picking these up, they're durable and work well with all exercises.
