This one works perfect because it turns on when you step on the platform and off when you step off. I have,however, been using it for about 10-20 minutes twice a day. The vibration is like a full body massage- relieving aches and pains! BTW, I have tried using my X3 at my local gym on setting "one" (reads 30 hz) of their Power Plate. For some reason, it's not the same workout and it's fiddly trying to make it all work.

The addition of the GHAccelerator should complement his effort to maintain a balanced exercise routine that incorporates vigorous muscle work. Nope, even...read moreThe GH Accelerator is a fantastic piece of equipment. During the exercises I use it, I notice my sets drop by 2-3 reps. At first I thought it was because I was tired. Nope, even when I’m not exhausted from work (I’m an auto mechanic) my reps were still lower. And I feel it in my core! The only thing, as I seen others mention, it’s loud. I have wooden floors, so my solution was to use an industrial rubber mat. System is amazing!

I have now been using it with every workout for about 6 weeks and I absolutely wish I would have bought it sooner! The added challenge of the vibration levels up your workouts, and, in my experience, I feel less drained after my sessions, and my force # is steadily increasing. I also love standing on it when not exercising for the positive effects of whole body vibration. Do yourself a favor and get it as soon as possible!

I have noticed a quantified 6% increase in my typical monthly total force and strength gains over my gains prior to using the GH accelerator. So; growth hormone increase?, extra stabilization? There's something about the vibes that then motivates me to go ahead and work with the X3 bands. Sometimes I have a short meditation while just standing on the device without using the X3 bands. The device's use of 30 Hz and the vertical vibration pattern is leading edge science. Really enjoy it.
