I had tried another similar product in the past that was in powder form and have found that there was a strong medicine after taste to it, a product is only as effective as one being able to consistently using it and having the flavored Chocolate Raspberry Fortagen is giving me that consistency at the moment.

Increasingly i was finding it harder to recover from consistent free weight workouts and was often having recurring pain in the shoulders and knees. The X3 program as recommended is proving quite productive. As always of course the key is the commitment and discipline necessary to stay on path. I recommend these products and the program wholeheartedly.

I started the smallest band and used them best form and could do 40 reps consistently on pull and push days. Since about the 3 week I've move up to the second band and doing 40 reps on each day pull and push. I eat once a day and recorded food intake and took pictures. Only eat grassfed beef, thick cut bacon,eggs and drink one gallon of alkaline water with electrolytes...in for the duration. Also walk for one hour outside on rest day, feeling good. Except I had a change in bowel movement from every day to once every other day or every 3 days.
