I don't eat before working out, and sometimes I am working out while fasting. This helps give me a boost while working out and suppresses food cravings (if I am having any). For years I wouldn't work out on a fasting day, mistakenly believing that I was tearing down my body more than I was building it up. I'm 66, it kind of irrittes me how much BS like that was spread as fact while I was growing up. Now we know better, and I'm glad to have FortagenHP, with InPerium, to give me a little boost before my workout.

The program’s high-volume supersets require quick transitions between exercises like deadlifts and split squats. With one plate, repositioning was a hassle, slowing down the 20-second rest periods. A second plate eliminates this, letting me set up multiple stations for seamless switches. It’s definitely a great investment for anyone who takes their X3 workouts serious!

I highly recommend the squat belt to any X-3 users. It makes a huge difference in handling heavy bands to split squats. Great product.

At first I could only do five reps on the chest press and four reps with the deadlift. I am now progressing slowly but steadily. This orange band is an advanced tool, but very useful, and necessary for progressive overload. I have been using X3 about three and a half years. A few comments: - I have lost about 20 pounds. - I am significantly stronger. - my muscles are bigger than any time prior in my life, and more pronounced - I feel better overall. - This next one is very important. Significantly fewer injuries than from free weights and machines! I am 66 years old. While I have worked out most of my life, my physical strength is about the best it has ever been. Agility is way down and aerobic capacity is not impressive, but reaching top lifetime strength at age 66 speaks well of your X3 product. I mostly follow your basic program, with a few changes based on what works with my body. Eight to 14 minute workouts, two to five times per week. I add in planks and try to do something aerobic pretty regularly. But X3 is the foundation of my fitness program. I am no expert, but for me your product works quite well and has a lower injury rate than other forms of strength training. Respectfully, Harry Chamberlain
