Standard X3 Performance Bands measure 41" when laid flat. Short Performance Bands measure 34", giving users who find the standard length too long a better-fitting option for regular training. They're also useful for exercises where a shorter range of motion is the focus and a tighter band provides more appropriate loading at that range.

The material is identical to the full Performance Band set: ParaForce Rubber®, Jaquish Biomedical's proprietary latex-free compound that delivers a steeper force curve than standard latex. More resistance as you push, higher peak output, greater muscle stimulus per rep. The same four band thicknesses apply.

Like all X3 Performance Bands, these are manufactured in the United States.
