The X3 Black Band is the top tier of the standard four-band set. Move up to it when you can consistently reach 40 full reps with the X3 Dark Grey Band. At 300+ lbs when doubled, it provides serious resistance for experienced users.

When you've maxed out the X3 Black Band, the X3 Elite Band is your next step.

X3 resistance bands are built with a 15-layer latex process that enhances durability.

This listing is for the Black Band only. No X3 bar or other components are included. Recommended for existing X3 customers. Designed in the United States and manufactured in Sri Lanka. Contains latex — not recommended for individuals with a serious latex allergy.
