Did you have any significant weightlifting injuries and setbacks?
Dislocated shoulder ( no lifting for 10 weeks), muscle tear under my rib ( no lifting for 14 weeks ). Triceps tear ( no lifting for 7 weeks ) and many many more minor injuries. Since I started my journey with the X3 bar I haven’t had any injuries at all and everything has recovered.
What results have you experienced since starting with X3?
8.5 months since I started my journey with X3 bar. Down from 255 lbs 35% body fat to currently 220 lbs 15% body fat in 8.5 months.
My body fat is still dropping down but my weight stays the same. Blood pressure is back to 120/80 and feeling so great. I haven’t had one single injury and no soreness at all. Definitely the best investment I have ever made.

Game changer!!!!! Allows me to go high with protein but not exceed my calorie deficit.
