Quick, Complete Workouts with X3

We’ve received numerous messages asking something to the effect of “What exercises can you do with X3?”, or “What workout routine do you recommend for X3?”.

To address these questions, especially the latter one, we’ve made new videos showcasing two quick, complementary workouts you can do with your X3.

If you perform the two workouts on alternating days, you’ll cover all major muscle groups and have a nice 48 hour recovery window for each muscle.

For those who would prefer to create their own workout, the videos give a good starting point by demonstrating some of the ways X3 can be used.
