Quick, Complete Workouts with the X3 bar

We’ve received numerous messages asking something to the effect of “What exercises can you do with X3 bar?”, or “What workout routine do you recommend for the X3 bar?”.

To address these questions, especially the latter one, we’ve made new videos showcasing two quick, complementary workouts you can do with your X3 home gym.

If you perform the two workouts on alternating days, you’ll cover all major muscle groups and have a nice 48 hour recovery window for each muscle.

For those who would prefer to create their own workout, the videos give a good starting point by demonstrating some of the ways the X3 bar can be used.
